Bonetine offers a 14 day return policy. Any product that you return must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging – unworn, clean and with all tags attached, together with the return form. Also, we would kindly ask for our customers to give reason for the return to help us improve in the future. You can read more about our return policy here.
Unfortunately, we cannot administrate exchanges. If you want to make an exchange, please return the item/items and place a new order online.
We accept Visa®, Mastercard® and American Express®. Payment is debited from your card at time of dispatch.
Getting a refund
As soon as we have received your return – we will make the refund. Please note that it takes up to 30 days for the money to arrive back to your account depending on chosen Payment Method.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

If you are not fully satisfied with your sale you can return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund.
All orders are fully traceable via DHL and UPS. Visit their website and fill in your tracking number to see the location of your order and get the latest shipping status. You will receive an email with a tracking number and other information once your order is submitted.
You, as a consumer, always have the right to return defective goods within three years from purchase, provided you make us aware of the defect within a reasonable time frame after the defect of the item has been discovered. Returns made within two months of discovery of the defect are always considered to have been returned within a reasonable period of time. In case of defective products, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price provided that above terms have been met. For a product to be considered defective, the defect must have occurred before it was sold. If you return a defective product within six months from the date of sale, the defect is deemed to have occurred before it was sold, unless we show that this is not the case. If the return is made more than six months past the sale, you are required to provide proof that the defect occurred before the date of sale.
